1. Game and operator

Casual Tank 炮战 is a game operated by independent developer Yuheng Cai under the Jopria Games name. Contact: 1076357483@qq.com. These terms apply to this game and its related website pages.

2. Accounts and fair use

Keep your login details secure. Do not use cheats, exploit payment or reward systems, interfere with the service, harass other players or use the game unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend accounts involved in these activities. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You can request account deletion through the game or support.

3. Digital items and purchases

Diamonds and other virtual items are for use in this game only, have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred between different Jopria games. Purchase only with permission from the payment account holder. Items are delivered digitally to the game account associated with the order after payment is verified. If delivery fails, contact support with your order reference.

Available items and prices are shown in the game or the relevant platform checkout before payment. These game pages do not currently offer a web checkout. An individual diamond-pack purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Where a purchase is processed through Apple, its purchasing terms apply. Where a web purchase is processed through Creem, its Buyer Terms also apply. The checkout identifies the payment provider; do not assume a provider is available until it is offered there.

4. Refunds and cancellation

For duplicate charges, missing items or an incorrect purchase, contact 1076357483@qq.com with the order reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually; redeemed or consumed virtual currency is generally not refundable unless required by applicable law or the payment platform’s rules. Any approved refund is processed through the original payment platform. For Apple purchases, use Apple’s refund request service. One-time diamond packs do not renew and have no subscription to cancel. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.

5. Service changes and responsibility

The game may change during development and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
